I have forgotten my customer area login password !


If you have forgotten your password you can have it e-mailed to you, however this will be sent to
the e-mail account that you signed up with. Click on the " Forgot Your Password?" link on the
start page of the 1&1 Control Panel http://admin.1and1.co.uk.



You will require your Customer ID, this will be on any e-mails that Tech Support or Billing have sent
you, also on your invoices.

If this e-mail address is no longer valid, then you will need to fill in this form and return by fax or post.
