Can I cancel the package once it has been ordered?


Once you have ordered a package then it will be possible to cancel it and obtain a refund for the
amount you have paid yet not used. For example, if you order a Home package and after 3 months you
decide to cancel, you will be refunded for remaining 9 months you have paid for yet not used.

In order to cancel your account, please go to http://contract.1and1.co.uk, from here you need to
follow the on screen instructions.

Important information
You will need your Customer ID and your account password
