How do I change the password for my E-Mail account in Webmail?


To change your password you will need to access the Settings section of the Webmail system to access
the settings click on the settings button.



The "Settings" button on the toolbar is to access the settings for this mail account only.

This can be used to change the password for the mailbox, however it is not instant, any changes
will take around 3 hours to be come active. To change the password click on the Edit button



You will then be asked to Enter the Current Password, this is for security reasons, in case you
have left you computer unlocked and logged into Webmail. Then you will be asked to Enter the
New Password twice, this is to make sure that you have typed it correctly.



Please note
Passwords are case sensitive so make sure you do not have the Caps Lock
on by mistake. Passwords must also be at least 6 letters long.


Click on "OK" to save your changes.

Please note
When you change your password in Webmail this will affect any E-Mail clients
that you have set up and you will need to update your settings for them in order to Send & Receive E-Mails.
