How do I Reply & Forward E-Mail's in Webmail?




To forward, reply to or delete messages mails from your account in Webmail then you must first
access the list of emails in your POP account How do I read and retrieve my mail using Webmail,
click on the email that you wish to reply to or forward.

Replying to an E-Mail in Webmail



From the Inbox View



Once you have logged on to the 1&1 Webmail system click on the "Mail" tab from the top Toolbar.



This will give you an overview of the Inbox, you will see Who the E-Mails are from and what their
Subject is.


Next place a tick in the box next to the E-Mail and click on "Reply" or "Reply All".



The Reply E-Mail will automatically have the E-Mail address and the contents of the original E-Mail.
You can then treat this like a normal E-Mail, enter in your reply and click on Send.

Please note

If you click on "Reply" the e-mail will only be sent to the sender, however if you click on "Reply all"
you reply will be sent to all people listed in the "To" & "CC" sections of the E-mail.


From the E-Mail View



When you have an E-Mail open there are Reply buttons in the toolbar, "Reply" and "Reply All"

Forwarding an E-Mail



From the Inbox View



Once you have logged on to the 1&1 Webmail system click on the "Mail" tab from the top Toolbar.



This will give you an overview of the Inbox, you will see Who the E-Mails are from and what their
Subject is.

Next place a tick in the box next to the E-Mail and click on "Forward".



Type in the E-Mail address that your wanting to forward this mail to and click Send when Ready.

From the E-Mail View



When you have an E-Mail open there is the "Forward" button in the toolbar.



Type in the E-Mail address that your wanting to forward this mail to and click Send when Ready.
