I have received error 0x800CCC90/91. What do I do?


When this happens, here is the procedure to fix it

1. Start NAV. If NAV is part of Norton Internet Security (NIS) or Norton SystemWorks (NSW), then start NIS or NSW.
2. Click Options. If you see a menu, then click Norton AntiVirus.
3. Click Email, and then uncheck "Scan Incoming Email (recommended)" and "Scan Outgoing Email (recommended)."
4. Click OK.
5. Download your email, and then re-enable NAV Email Scanning.

Email should work normally.
