How do I remove all emails from a mailbox?


If you are experiencing problems downloading all your emails and or your mail box is full, please try deleting some or all of the mails using the WebMail system. You can log into this using the email address and password. However if this still does not work then please contact the 1&1 Tech Support team, who will be happy to empty the mailbox for you.

To carry this out please print out this form and send it to the fax Number on the form.

Please note
This will mean that all e-mails are deleted, there is no option for specific e-mails to be deleted. If you want to delete specific e-mail please use the 1&1 Web Mail System. For more information about 1&1 WebMail please click here.


If you do not have a PDF reader, Adobe Acrobat Reader is on the Internet Tuner Disk that was supplied with your package, it can also be down loaded from the Downloads Section of the 1&1 Control Panel.
