Step 1

Once Thunderbird has loaded you will need to click on Tools, then Account Settings.

You will now need to click on the Add Account button

This will start the Account Wizard. As you are adding an E-Mail Account then you need to E-mail account
and then click on Next.

Now you will need to enter Your Name, this is the name that will shown up on any E-Mails that you
send, also the E-Mail Address that you are sending from.

Your next need to select the type of Mail server, we recommend that you use IMAP, however you can
use POP if you wish.

Next you will need to add the Incoming User Name. This is the same as your E-Mail Address.

The Outgoing User Name is the already set as the default by the original account.

You will now need to enter an Account name, this is just used for reference and to help identify
the e-mail account if you have more than one.

Once you have entered this, click on Next.
Finally you will be show a summary of all the settings that you have entered, if they are correct then
click on the Finish button.

Thunderbird will not try to download your E-Mails from this account yet, but you will be taken
back to the Mail & Account Settings window, click OK to finish adding the account.

You will see the New E-Mail account shown in the Mail List on the left hand side of the Screen.

When you click on the Inbox for the new Mail Account it will download the message that are waiting,
you will be asked for the password, this is the one that was entered when you created the E-Mail Account.
