How can I delete an email account?


If you want to delete an existing e-mail account the please use the following steps.

1. Login to the 1&1 Control Panel and click on the 'E-mail' from the Package Features.
2. Select Delete from the options and click it. If you want to delete multiple e-mail addresses then tick the boxes next to them and then click 'Delete'
3. Click 'Delete'
4. Select the e-mail address that you want to delete.
5. You will be asked to confirm the deletion of the e-mail address.
6. Then a Message showing the process is completed is displayed.


Tip
If you want to delete multiple e-mail addresses then in Step 2 tick the boxes next to the address then click 'Delete'


Important information
If you are deleting a POP3 Mail box, any e-mails that are in there will also be deleted!
