How can I change/rename an email address?


To change your e-mail address from old@yourdomain.com to new@yourdomain.com please do the following.

1. Go to your Control Panel and click on the 'E-mail' from the Package Features.


Then click on the E-mail address that you wish to change. You will get a similar page:
2. Select the email address you wish to change the name for and click 'Next'.

The page that comes up is as follows:

Click 'Edit' to change the name of the e-mail address.



Make the necessary changes to the email account.
3. Click 'Next'.

A confirmation is displayed.



Please note
The changes will not take effect effect for another 2 to 4 hours.
