Article #3
How can I get mail sent to malformed addresses at my domain(s)?
Example: You've set up a mail box called paul.temple@1and1faq.co.uk. If someone misspells this address (e.g. paul.tempel@1and1faq.co.uk), he/she will usually receive an e-mail from the so-called Mailer Deamon, telling him/her that the user paul.temple is not known. To accommodate this eventuality, simply create a mail account *@[yourname].com. ![]() Create a password and click 'Next' ![]() Make sure the Auto-Responder feature is off and click 'Next'. Click 'Submit' to finish setting up your catchall account. ![]() TipThis account will collect any mail sent to non-existing mail addresses at your domain. You are then reachable under a theoretically unlimited number of addresses.
