Step 1:

Log in to the 1&1 Control Panel using your Customer ID OR domain name and your password
If you have only one package, you will land on the Administration page. If you have more than one package, select the package in question to reach its Administration page.

Step 2:

Click the Manage E-mail Users link from the Communication panel.

Step 3:

Click the New button and select Forward.
 |

Step 4:
|
Select Forward from the Type drop-down box.
 |
|
Step 5:
|
Choose an e-mail account name and select a Domain from the drop-down menu.
Enter the address that will receive the forwarded mail.
Click the Add button to set up additional forwards if necessary.
When finished, click the OK button to continue.

Step 6:

A confirmation is displayed. The account should be active in approximately 5 minutes.
